Actual work performed was as expected. It was supposed to take one day to replace a part that was under warranty related to the 4xe charging system but it took 4 days. Earl, the service advisor was very friendly and did his best to keep us informed and apologized for the inconvenience for taking so long. This is one of the best places to buy a used automobile in the region, possibly anywhere! I've bought 3 from them through the years and love the fact they have so many options and the business and salespeople are forthcoming about known and possible issues. I would do business with them again.

I contacted this dealership for an online purchase of a Ram 2500 that I saw on Car Guru. They ran my credit for financing, I was approved and said they would send the paperwork to finalize the deal. They called me back a few hours saying the truck had been sold, but they had other trucks in the similar price range( they did not). Total waste of time I believe they never intended to sale that truck to me and tried to bait and switch me!! Stay clear of this dealership!!

Great experience at Dan Cummins in Georgetown! Jeremiah Happy was extremely helpful and honest in his navigation to get us the best deal on our first time lease. We never felt pressured during the whole process and he patiently answered all our questions (more than once). I highly recommend this dealership and Jeremiah. Brad Abney handled the financials and it was the smoothest transition in buying our jeep that I have ever experienced.

We traveled 7 hours to buy a Jeep at Dan Cummings because they had more inventory at better prices than our local dealers. We enjoyed working with salesman Darrell Cross; he was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuine. We were pleased with our purchase and highly recommend this dealership and Darrell. However, to my dismay, they sold the car to someone else who offered more money, despite my deposit and prior commitment. This was a poor experience. You can follow the email trail and text trail on the purchase of this vehicle. I'm 74 years old and I felt like I was being treated like an 18-year-old buying a car from a used car salesman. Besides the delivery not being handled very well, pricing was sent on two separate proposals. I never haggaled around the price and I never hagled on the trade-in. I drove 1 hour to test drive a truck that was unsafe to drive. Parking brake inoperative shook so bad I turned around and returned to the dealer. No apologies just tried to sell something else. They are still calling and emailing after I asked them not to.
If you get a chance to work with Darrell Cross (salesman) do it. Great customer, very professional and excellent follow up without being intrusive or annoying. Also thankful for Credit Acceptance (financial institution) for covering the transmission and engine warranty. Very happy with my 2014 Toyota Camry SE so far and expect to do more business with Dan Cummins Georgetown in the near future.
